咖椰瑞士卷 ~ Kaya Swiss Roll

咖椰瑞士卷

材料 A
6
80g 幼糖
100g 面粉  (过筛

材料 B :
40g 粟米油
2大匙 牛奶

馅料:
150g  咖椰

做法
1 预热烤箱,将12寸烤盘铺上油纸。

2.将材料A用高速拌打至松发,加入材料B用手轻轻拌匀。

3 倒入烤盘里,放如已预热的烤箱里,以180度烤20 ~ 25分钟。

4 将蛋糕取出,放在网架上待冷,撕去油纸,涂上咖椰卷起,便可切小块享用。

Kaya Swiss Roll

Ingredients A :
6 eggs
80g castor sugar
100g plain flour ( sifted )

Ingredients B :
40g corn oil
2tbsp milk

Filling :
150g kaya

Method :
1. Preheat oven , line a 12” baking tray with grease proof paper .

2. Beat ingredients A at high speed until fluffy . Add in ingredients B and mix gently with hand .

3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray . Bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 20 ~ 25 minutes .

4. Remove cake from the baking tray and leave to cool on wire rack . Remove the greaseproof paper  , spread kaya over the cake and roll up . Cut into pieces and serve .
