肉酱米通 ~ Puffed Rice with Minced Meat Sauce



食谱取自 大日子多有味

肉酱米通

材料:
3 爆米通

酱汁材料:
2大匙
1/2大匙 蒜茸
200 肉碎
3 香菇 (浸软,切丁

调味料:
1大匙 绍兴酒
1大匙 豆酱
1大匙 蚝油
1/2大匙 生抽
1大匙 辣椒酱
1/8小匙
1/8小匙
300ml
2大匙 芡粉水
适量青葱粒

做法
1 烧热油爆香蒜茸,加入肉碎和香菇炒香。

2.加入调味料煮滚,然后加入芡粉水打芡,淋在爆米通上。

3.最后撒上青葱粒,即可享用。

Puffed Rice with Minced Meat Sauce

Ingredient :
3 bowls puffed rice

Sauce ingredients :
2tbsp oil
1/2tbsp chopped garlic
200g minced meat
3 black mushrooms ( soaked and diced )

Seasoning :
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tbsp fermented soya bean paste
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp chilli sauce
1/8tsp salt
1/8tsp sugar
300ml water
2tbsp cornstarch water
some diced spring onion .

Method :
1. Heat up oil , saute chopped garlic until aromatic. Add in minced meat , black mushrooms and stir-fry until aromatic .

2. Add seasoning and bring to boil . Thicken with cornstarch water and spread over the puffed rice .

3. Sprinkle spring onion on top and serve .
