包菜炒松子 ~ Fried Cabbage and Pine Nuts

包菜炒松子

材料 :
50g 松子
1
1/2茶匙 蒜茸
200g 鸡肉丁
80g 红萝卜 ( 切幼条 )
300g 包菜 ( 切片 )

调味料 :
1大匙 绍兴酒
2大匙
1/4 小匙
1/2大匙 芡粉水  ( 1/2小匙 粟粉 + 1/2大匙 水拌匀 )
1/2小匙 麻油

做法 :
1. 把松子和油放入锅里,大火拌炒至油滚和松子微黄,快速捞起,沥干油,待用。

2. 留两大匙油在锅里,爆香蒜茸,加入鸡肉丁和红萝卜炒熟。

3. 加入包菜大火炒匀,,加入调味料炒匀,转中火加盖煮1分钟。

4. 加入芡粉水炒匀,加入麻油和炸好的松子炒匀即可。

Fried Cabbage and Pine Nuts
Ingredients :
50g pine nuts
1 cup oil
1/2tsp chopped garlic
200g diced chicken
80g carrot ( cut into strips )
300g cabbage ( cut into slices )

Seasoning :
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
2tbsp water
1/4tsp salt
1/2tbsp cornstarch water
1/2tsp sesame oil

Method :
1. Put pine nuts and oil into a pan ,stir at high heat until the oil start to boil and pine nuts are slightly brown . Dish out immediately and drain . Set aside .

2. Leave 2tbsp oil in wok and saute chopped garlic till aromatic . Add in diced chicken , carrot and stir-fry until well cooked  .

3. Add in cabbage and stir-fry at high heat until well mixed . Add seasoning and stir-fry till well mixed . Turn heat to medium , cover with lid and cook for 1 minute ,

4. Thicken with cornstarch water , add in fried pine nuts and sesame oil stir-fry until well mixed .
