咖啡花肉 ~ Coffee Pork Belly

 



食谱取自 : 变个花样,椰子菜

咖啡花肉

材料 A :
450g 花肉
4汤匙

材料 B ( 腌料 ) :
1茶匙 即溶咖啡粉
3汤匙
1/2茶匙 胡椒粉
1/2汤匙 麻油
2汤匙 生抽

材料 C ( 拌匀 )
2茶匙 即溶咖啡粉
2汤匙 椰子粉 ( 我没放 )
150ml 清水 ( 我用椰水 )
1汤匙

做法 :
1. 将材料B倒入碗内拌匀,放入花肉腌15分钟。

2. 在平底锅内烧热4汤匙油,放入花肉,每面以小火煎10分钟。

3. 加入材料C,以小火煮至汁浓,翻另一面煮。切小块后享用。

Coffee Pork Belly

Ingredients A :
450g pork belly
4tbsp oil

Ingredients B : ( Marinade ) :
1tsp instant coffee powder
3tbsp sugar
1/2tsp pepper powder
1/2tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp light soy sauce

Ingredients C ( mixed well ) :
2tsp instant coffee powder
2tbsp coconut powder ( I omit it )
150ml water ( I replaced it with coconut juice )
1tbsp sugar

Method :
1. In a bowl , combine ingredients B and marinate pork belly for 15 minutes .

2. Heat oil in a frying pan , add marinated pork belly and pan-fry each side for 10 minutes over low heat .

3. Add ingredients C and simmer until mixture thickens , turning once . Cut into pieces and serve  .
