蜜汁鸡腿 ~ Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Honey Sauce




 
 
 
这个蜜汁鸡腿的腌料和蜜汁叉烧是一样的,只是少了蒜茸。没加蒜茸腌制的鸡腿,在冰箱里睡了12小时,味道也一样棒哦!
 
 
蜜汁鸡腿
 
材料:
2个 鸡腿

腌料:
1 1/2茶匙  蜜味烤酱
1汤匙 蚝油
1汤匙 生抽
3汤匙 米酒
1茶匙
1/2茶匙 老抽 黑酱油

蜜糖适量 ( 涂面用)

 
做法:
1。将鸡腿洗净,沥干水份,放入碗中。所有腌料倒入搅拌均匀,放进冰箱醃制3 ~ 4小时或隔夜。

2.在烤盘铺上一层锡纸。以200度预热烤箱。

3.将鸡腿烤25分钟。然后涂上少许的醃酱汁,再烤15分钟后翻面。重复多一次。

4.最后涂上蜜糖汁烤5分钟,呈金黄色,即可享用。
 

Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Honey Sauce
 
Ingredients :
2 chicken drumsticks

Marinade ingredients :
1 1/2tsp char siew sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
3tbsp rice wine
1tsp sugar
1/2tsp dark soy sauce

some honey  ( for the glaze )

 
Method :
1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with marinade ingredients for 3 ~ 4 hours or overnight .

2. Place a piece of aluminium foil at the baking tray and pre-heat oven at 200c.

3. Bake for 25 minutes , then brush some marinade sauce and bake another 15 minutes . Turn the other side of the drumsticks and repeat the same step one more time .

4. Then spread some honey and bake another 5 minutes or until golden brown . Serve .
