夏威夷果噢立噢饼干
材料:
150g 牛油( 室温软化 ) 65g 幼糖
1粒 全蛋
200g 面粉 ( 过筛 )
1/4茶匙 发粉 ( 过筛 )
1/4茶匙 苏打粉 ( 过筛 )
60g 噢立噢饼干 (弄碎)
40g 夏威夷果 (切碎 )
做法:
1. 牛油加入幼糖搅拌均勻至发,然后加入全蛋搅拌均勻。
2. 加入筛过的粉料拌匀。
3. 然后加入夏威夷果拌勻,最后加入噢立噢隨意拌勻。
4. 用茶匙将面团放入烤盘里,以150~
160度c烤约20 ~ 25分钟或至熟。
小贴士 :
~ 我做了食谱3倍的分量,可做大概6小罐。

Macadamia Oreo Cookies
Ingredients :
150g butter ( melted at room temperature )65g caster sugar
1 egg
200g plain flour ( sifted )
1/4tsp baking powder ( sifted )
1/4tsp bicarbonate of soda ( sifted )
60g oreo cookies ( crushed )
40g macadamia nuts ( chopped )
Method :
1. Beat butter and caster sugar until fluffy ,
add in egg and mix
well .
2. Add in sifted flour , fold the mixture till
well-combined.
3. Then add in macadamia nuts and oreo
cookies .
4. Using a teaspoon , scoop out 1/2 teaspoon
mixture and place on trays . Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ~ 160c for 20 ~ 25
minutes or until cooked .
