红烧豆腐丸 ~ Braised Tofu Meatballs

红烧豆腐丸

材料 :
400g 肉碎
1 青葱 ( 切粒 )
4 豆腐干 ( 压碎 )
适量粟粉
2 炸油

调味料 :
1/2小匙  
1/2大匙 生抽
1小匙 粟粉
少许胡椒粉

汁料 :
1小匙 蒜茸
1/2小匙 姜茸
1大匙 蚝油
1大匙 生抽
1/2小匙
300ml

做法 :
1. 肉碎加入调味料拌至起胶,做成12粒小丸。

2. 沾上豆腐,再沾上少许粟粉。

3. 锅里留1大匙油,爆香蒜茸和姜茸,加入其余材料和豆腐煮滚,小火焖10分钟即可上桌享用。

Braised Tofu Meatballs

Ingredients :
400g minced meat
1 stalk spring onion ( chopped )
4 blocks bean curd ( mashed )
some cornstarch
2 cups oil for deep-frying

Seasoning :
1/2tsp salt
1/2tbsp light soy sauce
dash of pepper
1tsp cornstarch

Sauce :
1tsp chopped garlic
1/2tsp chopped ginger
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1/2tsp sugar
300ml water

Method :
1. Combine minced meat with seasoning and stir until very sticky . Form into 12 small balls .

2. Wrap meatballs in mashed bean curd . Coat the tofu meatballs with cornstarch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown . Dish and drain .

3. Leave 1tbsp oil in wok , saute chopped garlic and ginger until golden brown . Add in the remaining ingredients  , tofu meatballs and bring to boil . Lower the heat and simmer 10 minutes . Dish up and serve .
