鲜酱滑肉 ~ Fried Sliced Pork with Shrimp Paste & Taucu

鲜酱滑肉

材料:
500g 花肉 ( 切片 )
2 炸油
1 洋葱 ( 去皮,切块 )
1 红辣椒 ( 去籽,切块 )
2 青葱 ( 切小段 )

腌料:
1小匙 生抽
1小匙 麻油
1大匙 粟粉

调味料:
1大匙 幼滑虾酱
1大匙 豆酱
1小匙
3大匙

做法
1.花肉加入腌料拌匀,腌30分钟。烧热油锅,放入花肉拉油,捞起沥干油分。

2.留2大匙油在锅,放入洋葱炒香,加入其余材料和调味料大火炒匀,即可上碟享用。

Fried Sliced Pork with Shrimp Paste & Taucu

Ingredients :
500g pork belly ( cut into slices )
2cups oil for deep-frying
1 onion ( peeled and cut into pieces )
1 red chilli ( seeded and cut into pieces )
2 stalks spring onion ( cut into sections )

Marinade :
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1tbsp corn flour

Seasoning  :
1tbsp shrimp paste
1tbsp fermented soy bean paste ( taucu )
1tsp sugar
3tbsp water

Method :
1. Combine pork belly with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes . Heat up oil and shallow-fry the sliced pork for a while . Dish and drain .

2. Leave 2tbsp oil in wok , stir-fry onion until  aromatic . Add in the remaining  ingredients , seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed . Dish up and seve .
