腐香糯米丸 ~ Beancurd Sheet Glutinous Rice Balls

腐香糯米丸

材料:
150g 糯米
30g 红萝卜( 切粒
1大匙 青豆仁
30g 素火腿 ( 切粒 )
2 香菇( 切粒
1/2 淡腐皮

调味料 :
1/2小匙
1/8小匙 胡椒粉
1小匙
2小匙 麻油
1大匙 清水

做法 :
1. 糯米洗净后用清水浸泡约3小时,盛起。沥水后以大火蒸熟,离火,备用。

2. 锅里烧热1大匙油,放入红萝卜粒,青豆粒,素火腿及香菇炒均匀,加入调味料炒至香浓,盛起加入糯米饭中,搅拌均匀。

3. 淡腐皮剪成6张圆形状,用湿布抹湿,然后加入混合糯米饭,包好,用少许清水涂在封口上,捏紧成球状,放入蒸炉里以大火蒸约5分钟,即可取出食用。

Beancurd Sheet Glutinous Rice Delight

Ingredients :
150g glutinous rice
30g carrot ( diced )
1tbsp green peas
30g vegetarian hams ( diced )
2 Chinese mushrooms ( soaked and diced )
1/2 piece soft beancurd sheet

Seasoning  :
1/2tsp salt
1/8tsp pepper
1tsp sugar
2tsp sesame oil
1tbsp water

Method :
1. Rinse the glutinous rice ,soak it into water for 3 hours , dish out ,drain well and sream at high heat until cooked thorough . Remove from heat , keep aside .

2. Heat up 1tbsp oil in the preheated wok , place in diced carrot , green peas , vegetarian ham and Chnese mushrooms , sir-fry briskly until well combined , add in seasoning , toss well until aromatic . Remove and mix with cooked glutinous rice .

3. Cut the beancurd sheet into 6 pieces round shape , soften it with wet cloth , spoon in glutinous cooked rice mixture , wrap well , and form it into ball shapes . Seal with some water . Steam in the preheated steamer at high heat for 5 minutes . Dish out and serve hot  .
