食谱取自 : 大鸡腿
芥末乳酪烤鸡腿
材料:
2个 大鸡腿芥末酱 适量
乳酪碎 / 芝士碎 适量
腌料:
1小匙 盐1小匙 砂糖
1/2小匙 胡椒粉
1/2小匙 黑胡椒粉
做法 :
1. 鸡腿洗净,抹干水份,加入腌料涂抹均匀,腌1小时。
2.预热烤箱250度,将鸡腿放入烤盘,盛入预热烤箱里烤约25分钟或至鸡肉熟透为止。取出,待冷却。
3.把鸡腿再次入盘,鸡腿上挤上芥末酱至铺满整块鸡腿,然后撒上乳酪碎。
4.把鸡腿再次入烤炉,烤至乳酪溶化及金黄色,即可上桌食用。

Chicken Leg with Mustard Sauce and Cheese
Ingredients :
2 chicken legssome mustard sauce
some grated parmesan cheese
Marinate :
1tsp salt1tsp sugar
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp crushed black pepper
Method :
1. Rinse chicken legs
and pat-dry , add in marinade and rub it all over . Marinate for 1 hour .
2. Preheat oven at 250c
, arrange the marinated chcoken legs on tray . Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
till cooked , remove and leave to cool .
3. Arrange the baked
chicken legs on the tray again and top the chicken legs with some mustard sauce
to cover , then sprinkle with grated parmesan .
4. Bake the chicken
legs in preheated oven again until the parmesan cheese is melted and golden in
colour . Remove from oven , serve hot .
