小麦胚芽吐司 ~ Wheat Germ Bread Loaf

 



 

食谱取自 :原味 --- Carol 100道无添加纯天然手感面包+30款面包与果酱美味配方提案

小麦胚芽吐司
12两帶盖吐司模1
(20cm x 10cm x 10cm)

材料 :
200g 高筋面粉
80g 全麦面粉
30g小麦胚芽
1/2茶匙 速发干酵母
15g 细砂糖
1/2茶匙
30g 橄榄油
1 鸡蛋
150ml 牛奶

做法
一般吐司做法

 ** 整形 发酵后的面团分成两分。捍成长方形,然后由短向轻轻卷起。将两个长形面团对折成为一个“U” 字形。将卷好的U字形面团交错放入吐司烤模里。

( 450g loaf mould with cover )

Ingredients :
200g high protein / bread flour
80g wheat flour
30g wheat germ
1/2tsp instant yeast
15g castor sugar
1/2tsp salt
30g olive oil
1 egg
150ml  fresh milk

 
Method :
Normal way of making toast

** For shaping  : Divide the dough into 2 portion . Rolled out into flat rectangle and roll back into a swiss roll . Fold it into “ U” shape and put it into the loaf mould .
