酒香鸡腿焗鲍贝 ~ Winery Chicken & Baby Abalone




食谱取自 : 最美味鸡肉佳肴

酒香鸡腿焗鲍贝

材料 A :
2 全鸡腿 ( 斩块 )
8
1小匙 蒜茸
1大匙

调味料 ( 拌匀) :
1大匙 蚝油
1大匙 生抽
2大匙 绍兴酒
1/2小匙
1小匙
少许胡椒粉
200ml
1小匙 粟粉

材料 B :
1 鲍贝 ( 沥干水分 )
2 青葱 ( 3cm长段 )
1大匙 绍兴酒

做法 :
1. 烧热油,爆香姜片和蒜茸,加入鸡肉炒香。

2. 加入调味料煮滚,盖好以小火煮至汁浓稠。

3. 将材料B加入拌匀,最后再加入1大匙绍兴酒,即可上桌享用。

Winery Chicken & Baby Abalone

Ingredients A :
2 chicken whole legs ( cut into pieces )
8 slices ginger
1tsp chopped garlic
1tbsp oil

Seasoning ( Mixed ) :
1tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2tsp salt
1tsp sugar
dash of pepper
200ml water
1tsp cornstarch

Ingredients B :
1 can baby abalone ( drained )
2 stalks spring onion ( cut into 3cm lengths )
1tbsp Shaoxing wine

Method :
1. Heat up oil , saute sliced ginger and chopped garlic until fragrant . Add in chicken and stir-fry until aromatic .

2. Add in seasoning and bring to boil , cover with lid and cook at low heat until the gravy has thickened .

3. Add in B and stir well . Lastly drizzle with Shaoxing wine and dish up . Serve .
