椰水炖花肉 ~ Braised Pork Belly in Coconut Water & Eggs

椰水炖花肉

材料 :
2 椰子水
150g 椰肉 ( 切丝 )
2 花肉 ( 800g )
5粒水煮蛋 ( 去壳 )

调味料 :
2大匙 鱼露
3大匙 冰糖
1小匙

做法 :
1. 把椰子水和椰子肉放入锅里煮滚,加入花肉,水煮蛋和调味料煮滚。

2. 转小火加盖焖30 ~40分钟或至肉软。捞起切块,淋上焖酱汁,即可享用。

Braised Pork Belly in Coconut Water & Eggs

Ingredients :
Water of 2 coconuts
150g coconut meat ( cut into strips )
800g pork belly
5 hard-boiled eggs ( shelled )

Seasoning :
2tbsp fish sauce
3tbsp rock sugar
1tsp salt

Method :
1. Put coconut water and coconut meat into a pot and bring to boil . Add in pork belly , hard-boiled eggs , seasoning and bring to boil .

2. Lower the heat , cover with lid and simmer for 30 ~ 40 minutes or until the meat is tender . Cut into pieces and pour over the gravy . Serve
