姜蒜豆鼓鲛鱼 ~ Fried Mackerel with Spring Onion , Ginger and Salted Black Bean

姜蒜豆鼓鲛鱼

材料
500g 马鲛鱼排
1大匙 姜末
1大匙 红辣椒末 我没放
1大匙 蒜末
2大匙 葱花
2大匙 豆鼓
适量 薯粉

调味料:
1大匙 酱油
1小匙
1小匙 麻油

做法
1.将鲛鱼排拍上适量薯粉,放入热油里,以大火炸熟至金黄色,捞起,沥除油份。

2.锅里留2大匙热油,加入姜末,辣椒末及其余材料,以慢火爆香后,加入调味料炒香。

3.放入炸过的鲛鱼,略炒均匀,即可上桌。

Fried Mackerel with Spring Onion , Ginger and Salted Black Bean

Ingredients :
500g Mackerel cutlet
1tbsp chopped ginger
1tbsp chopped chillies ( I omit it )
1tbsp chopped garlic
2tbsp chopped spring onion
2tbsp salted black bean
some tapioca flour

 
Method :
1. Dusted fish cutlet with some flour , then deep-fry in hot oil until cooked and golden brown . Dish out and drain .

2. Leave 2tbsp hot oil in wok to sauté chopped ginger , chillies and the remaining ingredients , then add in seasoning , stir well .

3. Put fish cutlet , stir-fry until combined . Dish out and serve hot .
