香茅姜班兰冷饮 ~ Lemongrass and Ginger Pandan Drink



 

食谱取自 班兰班兰我爱你

香茅姜班兰冷饮

材料:
2公升 清水
12  班兰叶 (洗净,切成6公分长)
2 
1 香茅 拍裂
200g 冰糖 压碎
1茶匙  班兰精
冰块适量

做法
1.锅中倒入清水煮沸,加入其余材料(冰块除外 ), 以中火煮至冰糖完全溶化。

2.转调小火,继续煮15分钟,离火。待完全冷却后,收入冰箱冷藏。

3.玻璃杯中放入冰块,倒入香茅姜班兰水即可。

Lemongrass and Ginger Pandan Drink

Ingredients :
2 litres water
12 pieces pandan leaf ( wash and cut into 6cm pieces )
2 slices ginger
1 stalk lemongrass  ( crushed )
200g rock sugar ( crushed )
1tsp pandan paste
some ice cubes

Method :
1. In a pot , bring water to boil . Add in the remaining ingredients ( except ice cubes ) and cook over medium heat until rock sugar is completely dissolved  .

2. Reduce to low heat and continue  to simmer for 15 minutes . Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before chilling in the fridge .

3. To serve , add ice cubes at the bottom of a tall glass , and pour in lemongrass and ginger pandan drink .
