马玲薯泥
材料 :
150g 马玲薯40ml 全脂牛奶
10g 牛油
酱汁 :
40g 牛油20g 蒜茸
1/2汤匙 粟粉
1汤匙 酱油
2汤匙 蚝油
1茶匙 黑胡椒粉
1茶匙 盐
1/2茶匙 糖
350ml 水
做法 :
1. 将马玲薯洗净去皮,切半放在盐水里煮20分钟或煮至熟。取出,趁热压成泥状,加入牛油和牛奶拌匀。
2. 以中火烧热少许牛油,加入全部材料,煮至滚后打芡。把煮好的酱汁过沥.
3. 淋在马玲薯泥上即可。

potatoes40ml full cream milk
10g butter

the sauce :
40g
butter20g chopped garlic
1/2tbsp cornflour
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp salt
1/2tsp sugar
350ml water
Method
:
1.
Peeled potatoes , cut it into half .
Bring a pot of water to boil , add in some salt and potatoes . Cook for 20mins
or till cooked . Dish out and mashed it
while still hot . Add in milk and butter , mix till well combined .
2.
For sauce : Heat the frying pan over medium heat, pour in butter then add in
all sauce ingredients . Bring to boil and add in cornstarch solution for
thickening . Strain the sauce .
3.
Pour over sauce and serve .
