材料:
300g 猪绞肉1粒 洋葱 ( 切小丁 )
姜末少许
牛油适量
调味料:
1/3茶匙 盐1/3茶匙 胡椒粉
饭团材料:
白饭适量 ( 我用寿司米)牛油少许
马玲薯泥材料 :
150g 马玲薯
40ml 全脂牛奶
10g 牛油
酱汁 :
40g 牛油20g 蒜茸
1/2汤匙 粟粉
1汤匙 酱油
2汤匙 蚝油
1茶匙 黑胡椒粉
1茶匙 盐
1/2茶匙 糖
350ml 水
做法 :
1. 锅里烧热少许牛油,加入洋葱丁炒香至半透明。取出,待冷备用。
2. 将猪绞肉倒入(1)里,再加入姜末和调味料,拌匀,搁置15分钟。
3. 依饭团的大小或跟着手掌心的尺寸搓成圆形的肉饼。
4. 烧热少许橄榄油,小火慢煎至两面焦黄和熟透。
( 我拿去烤至熟和金黄色 )
5. 马玲薯泥 : 将马玲薯洗净去皮,切半放在盐水里煮20分钟或煮至熟。取出,趁热压成泥状,加入牛油和牛奶拌匀。
6. 酱汁 : 以中火烧热少许牛油,加入全部材料,煮至滚后打芡。
把煮好的酱汁过沥,备用。
7. 把煎蛋的圈抹上一层油,预防粘起来。白饭放入袋子里,用瓶子揉一揉,或稍微打一下,使它有粘性。
拿适量的白饭放入圆圈里压平压紧后,轻轻把饭团从圆圈中取出来.
8. 放入加了牛油的热锅中,两面煎至微微呈金黄色。
9. 最后取一片米饭,放上黄瓜,番茄,肉饼,马玲薯泥, 淋上少许酱汁再放上一片米饭就可以了。

Mashed Potato Recipe
Rice Pork Burger
Ingredients :
300g minced pork
1 onion ( thinly sliced )
minced ginger
1/3tsp pepper
some cornflour
butter
40ml full cream milk
10g butter
20g chopped garlic
1/2tbsp cornflour
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp salt
1/2tsp sugar
350ml water
Garnishing :
sliced cucumber , tomato and green lettuce
Mashed Potato Recipe
Rice Pork Burger
Ingredients :
300g minced pork
1 onion ( thinly sliced )
minced ginger
Seasoning :
1/3tsp salt1/3tsp pepper
some cornflour
Rice burger ingredients
:
cooked sushi rice butter
Mashed potato
ingredients :
150g potatoes40ml full cream milk
10g butter
Sauce ingredients :
40g butter20g chopped garlic
1/2tbsp cornflour
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp salt
1/2tsp sugar
350ml water
Garnishing :
sliced cucumber , tomato and green lettuce
Method :
1. Heat pan with some
butter , add in onion and sauté till fragrant . Dish out and let it cool
completely .
2. Add minced pork ,
minced ginger and seasoning to (1) , mix
till well combined and marinade for 15mins .
3. Evenly divide it into a few portions and shape
the mixture into meat pie .
4. Heat wok with olive
oil , pan-fry both side till golden brown .
( I baked at oven till
cooked and golden brown )
5. For mashed potato :
Peeled potatoes , cut it into half .
Bring a pot of water to boil , add in some salt and potatoes . Cook for 20mins
or till cooked . Dish out and mashed it
while still hot . Add in milk and butter , mix till well combined .
6. For sauce : Heat the
frying pan over medium heat, pour in butter then add in all sauce ingredients .
Bring to boil and add in cornstarch solution for thickening . Strain the sauce and set
aside .
7. Greased the round
moulds with some butter , put in cooked and press till firmly . ( If rice is not sticky , you may put it
into a plastic bag and roll it with a rolling pin or bottle )
8. Heat the frying pan
over medium heat, pour a bit of butter into the pan , and fry until the rice burger turn into
slightly brown on both side. Remove from the pan.
9. To assemble from
bottom up: rice bun , green lettuce ,
sliced cucumber , tomato , meat patty, mashed potatoes , sauce and top with
another rice bun.
