天贝炒肉碎 ~ Tempeh with Minced Pork and Chillies

天贝炒肉碎

材料 :
200g 猪肉碎
100g  天贝 切条
1 红辣椒 切圈
1 青辣椒 切圈
100g 洋葱 切角
1 1/2大匙 豆酱
1小匙 蒜茸
1
小匙 红葱茸
3大匙 清水

调味料:
1大匙 蚝油
2大匙 砂糖

做法
1. 锅里烧热炸油,放入天贝 ,大火炸至金黄,捞起,沥。备用。

2. 锅里留2大匙热油,慢火爆香蒜茸,葱茸和豆酱,加入肉碎,改用大火炒片刻至肉碎熟透。

3. 加入洋葱,青红辣椒,清水和调味料炒香,加入天贝拌炒均匀,即可。

Tempeh with Minced Pork and Chillies

Ingredients :
200g minced pork
100g tempeh
1 red chili ( cut into ring )
1 green chili ( cut into ring )
100g big onion ( wedged )
1 1/2tbsp salted bean paste
1tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped red shallot
3tbsp water

Seasoning :
1tbsp oyster sauce
3tbsp caster sugar

Method :
1. Deep-fry “ tempeh ” in hot oil over high heat till golden brown  , dish out and drain .

2. Leave 2tbsp cooking oil in wok to sauté garlic,shallot and salted bean paste over low heat . Add minced pork , stir-fry briskly over high heat until fragrant and cooked .

3. Add big onion , chillies , water and seasoning , toss until aromatic . Stir in “ tempeh ” , stir well . Dish out , serve hot  .
