蒜香辣子回锅肉 ~ Garlic & Chillies Pork Slices

蒜香辣子回锅肉

材料 A :
500g 熟花肉 /回锅肉  ( 做法请参考这里 
10 指天椒 ( 剁碎 )
2大匙 蒜茸
1 小青瓜

调味料 :
1大匙 蚝油
2大匙 酱油 / 生抽
2大匙 炸葱油
1小匙 麻油

做法 :
1. 把手花肉连皮切 片,沥干水分,排碟放置备用。

2. 青瓜刨成薄片,用冰水或冷水浸泡,取出沥干水分后排碟装饰。

3. 将指天椒末和蒜茸加入调味料拌匀,淋在回锅肉上,食用时略拌均匀即可.

Garlic and Hot Chillies Pork Slices

Ingredients A :
500g cooked pork belly with skin Please refer the method of cooking cooked pork belly here
10 bird’s eye chillies ( chopped )
2tbsp chopped garlic
1 small cucumber

Seasoning  :
1tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp light soy sauce
2tbsp fried shallot oil
1tsp sesame oil

Method :
1. Cut the cooked pork belly into slices , drain well . Arrange on a serving plate .

2. Cut the cucumber into thinly slices , then soak into cool . Remove , drained and garnished .

3. Combine the chopped bird’s eye chillies and garlic with seasoning . Spoon over to the cooked pork belly slices . Serve together  .
