姜香茅排毒冰茶
材料:
3 包 红茶袋1公升 热水
1片柠檬
3 ~ 5 粒 桔子
2杯 冰块
糖浆 :
2支 香茅 ( 取白色部分,切片)2寸 姜 ( 去皮,拍扁 )
1 1/2杯 水
1/2杯 糖
做法 :
1.把红茶袋放入玻璃水瓶里,倒入热水。待冷备用。
2.在小锅里,加入水,香茅和姜。以中火煮至入味或煮至半杯水的分量。
3.加入糖,搅拌均匀至糖溶。熄火,备用。
4.把糖浆倒入(1)里,再加入柠檬片,桔子和冰块。搅拌至均匀,即可享用。

Ginger Lemongrass Detox Iced Tea
Ingredients:
3 black tea bags1 liter hot water
1 lemon ( sliced )
3-5 calamansi limes ( optional )
2 cups ice
Syrup :
2 lemongrass ( white parts only, pounded and sliced )2-inch piece ginger ( peeled and pounded )
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Method:
1. In a jar, add the tea bags to the hot boiling
water. Let cool.
2. In a small pot, make the syrup by adding lemongrass
and ginger to the water. Heat on medium heat until the water reduces to about
1/2 cup.
3. Add the sugar, stir to mix well. Turn off the heat
and set aside.
4. Add the syrup to the iced tea, follow by the lemon
slices, calamansi limes and ice. Stir to combine well and serve cold.
