子姜蜜汁鸡
材料:
2个 全鸡腿 ( 斩小块 )
70g 嫩姜
腌料:
1/2小匙 盐1大匙 白米醋
3大匙 糖
1大匙 生抽
1大匙 粟粉
3杯 炸油
汁料:
3大匙 蜜糖1/2小匙 盐
1大匙 生抽
1大匙 腌姜汁
做法:
1.嫩姜切小块,加入腌料腌1小时,备用。

Fried Honey Glazed Chicken with Ginger
Ingredients :
2 chicken whole legs ( cut into serving pieces )
70g young ginger
Marinade :
1/2tsp salt
2tbsp sugar
1tbsp white rice vinegar
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp cornstarch
3 cups oil for deep-frying
Sauce :
3tbsp honey
1/2tsp salt
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp juice of marinated ginger
Method :
1. Cut young ginger into small pieces , add in
marinade and mix well . Leave side and season for 1 hour . ( Picture 1 )
2. Combine chicken with light soy sauce ,
cornstarch and mix well . Deep-fry in hot oil until dry and golden brown . Dish
and drain . ( Picture 2 )
3. Pour sauce into a pan , add in ginger
pickles and cook at low heat until thick . Add in fried chicken , mix well and
dish up . ( Picture 3 )
