印度香料炸鸡
材料:
2只 全鸡腿 (切半)
腌料:
1/2小匙 芫茜籽
1/2小匙 小茴香
1/2小匙 芥菜籽
2大匙 粟粉
1/2小匙 盐
香料( 打烂 ) :
2粒葱头仔
2瓣 蒜米
1块 黄姜
2大匙 水
2杯 炸油
做法 :
1.将鸡腿加入腌料和香料拌匀,腌约1小时备用。
2.烧热炸油,将鸡腿炸熟至金黄,捞起沥干油份,即可上碟享用。

Fried Spiced Chicken Indian Style
Ingredients :
2 chicken whole legs ( cut into 2 pieces )
Marinade :
1/2tsp coriander seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp black mustard seeds
2tbsp cornstarch
1/2tsp salt
Spices ( pounded ) :
2 shallots
2 pips garlic
1 piece turmeric
2tbsp water
2 cups oil for deep-frying
Method :
1. Mix chicken with marinade and spices ,
marinate for 1 hour . Leave aside .
2. Heat up oil for deep-frying , deep-fry
chicken until golden brown and cooked . Dish and drain , serve .
