烤鸡腿与藏红花酱 ~ Chicken Drumstick with Saffron Cream Sauce

烤鸡腿与藏红花酱

材料:
2个鸡腿

腌料:
1小匙 柠檬汁
1/4小匙
1/2 小匙 黑胡椒粉末
1/2小匙 酱油
2大匙 特级橄榄油

 
藏红花酱材料:
2大匙 特级橄榄油
50g 洋葱 切片)
300ml  鲜奶油
1/8小匙 藏红花

调味料:
1/2小匙
1小匙

 
做法
1 鸡腿加入腌料涂抹均匀,腌渍2小时。

2.把腌渍好的鸡腿盛入预热烤箱,以180c烤约1小时至熟及金黄色,取出。

3.准备藏红花酱汁: 锅里烧热2大匙橄榄油,加入洋葱炒香及软化,然后加入鲜奶油和藏红花拌匀,煮沸后,改用慢火煮10 ~ 15分钟,加入调味料拌匀,即可。

4 将烤鸡腿上碟,淋上藏红花酱汁,即可。

Chicken Drumstick with Saffron Cream Sauce

Ingredients :
2 chicken drumsticks

Marinade :
1tsp lemon juice
1/4tsp salt
1/2tsp crushed black pepper
1/2tsp light soy sauce
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 
Saffron cream sauce :
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
50g big onion ( sliced )
300ml cooking cream
1/8tsp saffron


Method :
1.  Marinate the chicken drumsticks with marinade ingredients for 2 hours .

2. Roast the marinated chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven at 180c for 1 hour , or until well cooked . Dish up and set aside .

3. To make sauce , heat up 2tbsp olive oil in a preheated sauce pan to sauté onion until soften and aromatic . Add in cooking cream and saffron , mix well . Once boiled , reduce to low heat and cook for 10 ~ 15 minutes , stir in seasoning .

4. Arrange roasted chicken drumsticks onto a plate , add in saffron sauce . Serve hot .
