烤药材鸡 ~ Baked Chicken with Herbs




 

烤药材鸡

材料 :
1 菜园鸡  
1 药材鸡汤料
盐适量
米酒/绍兴酒适量
4小杯水
锡纸和油纸适量
麻油适量

 
做法 :
1. 把鸡洗干净,用盐和米酒平均涂抹,然后腌3个小时或隔夜.

2. 把药材洗净 . 锅里加入4小杯水,煮滚后加入药材,煮30分钟或至出味

3. 准备一张锡纸和油纸,把鸡只放在油纸上,加入药材汤汁。

4. 再用锡纸包好,放入预热的烤箱里,以180°烤40分钟至熟为止。

5. 趁热淋上少许麻油即可。
 
 

Baked Chicken with Herbs

Ingredients :
1 free range chicken
1 packet Chinese herbs
some salt
rice wine or Shaoxing wine
4 cups water
aluminium foil and parchment paper
sesame oil

Method :
1. Marinade chicken with salt and rice wine for at least 3 hours or overnight .

2. Bring 4 cups water to boil , add in Chinese herbs and let it boil for 30 minutes .

3. Lay a sheet of parchment paper . Put the chicken on it and follow by herbs soup .

4. Wrap it with another sheet of aluminium foil and seal it . Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 40 minutes or till cooked  .

5. While still hot , sprinkle some sesame oil and serve .
