食谱取自 :最美味鸡肉佳肴
南瓜扣鸡腿
材料:
2个 全鸡腿( 去骨,切块)
腌料:
1/2小匙 盐1小匙 粟粉
300g 南瓜 ( 去皮,切厚片)
1大匙 油
1/2 大匙 蒜茸
调味料(拌匀 ) :
1大匙 生抽1大匙 蚝油
1/2小匙 五香粉
1/2小匙 盐
1小匙 糖
少许麻油和胡椒粉
3大匙 水
做法 :
1. 鸡腿加入腌料拌匀,腌2小时,放进热油中炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。
2.先把鸡肉排在大碗中,然后铺上南瓜。
3.烧热1大匙油,爆香蒜茸,加入调味料炒匀,煮滚,淋在南瓜和鸡肉上。
4.用大火蒸40分钟后取出,扣在碟上即可享用。

Steamed
Chicken with Pumpkin
Ingredients :
2 chicken whole legs (
deboned and cut into pieces )
Marinade :
1/2tsp salt1tsp cornstarch
300g pumpkin ( removed skin and cut into slices )
1tbsp oil
1/2tbsp chopped garlic
Seasoning ( mixed ) :
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2tsp five spice powder
1/2tsp salt
1tsp sugar
dash of sesame oil and pepper
3tbsp water
Method :
1. Mix chicken with marinade and marinate for 2 hours . Deep-fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown . Dish and drain .
2. Arrange chicken onto a big bowl and top with
pumpkin .
3. Heat up 1tbsp oil and sauté chopped garlic
until fragrant. Add in seasoning and bring to boil . Pour the seasoning sauce
over chicken and pumpkin .
4. Steam at high heat for 40 minutes . Remove
and invert onto a platter . Serve .
