长豆饭 ~ Long Bean Rice



食谱取自 女人味

长豆饭

材料:
450g  白米
80g  红萝卜 切粒
5 蒜瓣 剁茸
20g 香菇 (清水泡软,切片)
20g 虾米 泡软,切碎
1 蜡肠 切粒
100g 猪肉碎
4大匙 食油
200g 长豆 / 豆角 切粒)
900ml 清水

调味料:
1小匙
1大匙 酱油
1/2小匙 胡椒粉

做法
1.将白米洗净,沥干,备用。

2.锅里烧热食油,加入蒜茸和虾米,小爆香,加入猪肉碎,长豆,红箩卜,香菇。腊肠和调味料,改用大火快速拌炒均匀。

3.加入白米,炒片刻。盛入饭锅,注入清水,盖上。按下煮饭键,煮熟,即可食用。

Long Bean Rice

Ingredients :
450g rice
80g carrot ( diced )
5 garlic cloves ( chopped )
20g Chinese mushroom  ( soaked  and sliced )
20g dried shrimp ( soaked and chopped )
1 stalk Chinese sausage ( diced )
100g minced pork
4tbsp cooking oil
200g long bean ( diced )
900ml water

Seasoning :
1tsp salt
1tbsp light soy sauce
1/2tsp pepper

Method :
1. Wash rice and drain well , set aside .

2. Heat cooking oil in a preheated wok to sauté garlic and dried shrimp over low heat . Add minced pork , long bean , carrot , mushroom  , Chinese sausage and seasoning  , stir-fry briskly over high heat until well combined and aromatic .

3. Add rice , stir well . Put the rice mixture into rice cooker, add water, covered . Press the cook button , until rice is cooked . Serve hot 。
