原味炸鸡 ~ Classic Fried Chicken

原味炸鸡

材料 :
3 全鸡腿 ( 斩半 )
2 炸油

腌料 :
小匙
½小匙
1小匙 麻油
½小匙 胡椒粉
¼小匙 五香粉
1小匙 姜汁
1小匙 蒜汁

炸粉 ( 拌匀 ) :
6大匙 粟粉
3大匙 面粉
1大匙 粘米粉
½小匙

做法 :
1. 鸡肉加入腌料拌匀腌1小时。

2. 沾上炸粉,休息10分钟。

3. 烧热油锅,放入鸡腿炸至金黄色熟透,即可捞起沥干油分,配上辣椒酱享用。

Classic Fried Chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken whole legs ( cut each into half )
2 cups oil for deep-frying

Marinade :
1½ tsp salt
½tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil
½tsp pepper
¼tsp five spice powder
1tsp ginger juice
1tsp garlic juice

For coating ( mixed ) :
6tbsp cornstarch
3tbsp plain flour
1tbsp rice flour
½tsp salt

Method :
1. Combinr chicken with marinade and marinate for 1 hour .

2. Coat chicken with flour mixture and rest for 10 minutes .

3. Heat up oil for deep-frying , deep-fry chicken whole leg until golden brown and well cooked  . Dish and drain . Serve with chilli sauce  .
