蒸南瓜椰丝糕
材料 :
150g 南瓜泥
50g 粘米粉 (过筛)
20g木薯粉(过筛)
50g 细砂糖
150g 清水
1/4茶匙 碱水
表层:椰丝 + 盐(少许)预先蒸软
做法 :
1. 把所有材料混合在一个容器里,搅拌均匀。
2. 杯子抹上油。把做法(1)的南瓜面糊倒入至8分满。
3. 大火蒸大约10分钟或熟即可。
4. 粘上蒸软后的白椰丝就即可享用。

Lompang Labu
Ingredients :
150g mashed pumpkin
50g rice flour ( sifted
)
20g tapioca flour (
sifted )
50g caster sugar
150g water
1/4tsp alkaline water
Topping : Fresh grated
coconut + some salt ( mix well and steamed
)
Method :
1. Mix all ingredients
until well combined .
2. Greased small cup
with some oil . Pour (1) into small cup .
3. Steam at high heat
for 10 minutes or until cooked .
4. Coat with steamed fresh
grated coconut and serve .
