酥炸蒜香猪扒
材料 A :
500g 肉眼 ( 切成0.5cm厚片 , 用刀背拍松 ) 100g 面包糠
2杯 炸油
腌料
:
3大匙 蒜泥1粒 蛋
1小匙 盐
1小匙 糖
1大匙 粟粉
做法 :
1. 肉眼加入腌料拌匀腌30分钟。
2. 沾上面包糠,放入热油中炸至金黄色及熟透,捞起沥干油分。
3. 切块,配上美奶滋和辣椒酱享用。

Ingredients A :
500g pork chop ( cut into 0.5cm thick slices and pounded with the back
of knife )100g bread crumbs
2 cups oil for deep-frying
Marinade :
3tbsp minced garlic1 egg
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1tbsp corn flour
Method :
1. Mix pork with marinade and
marinate for 30 minutes .
2. Coat pork with bread crumbs , deep-fry
in hot oil until golden brown and cooked . Dish and drain .
2. Cut into pieces and serve with
mayonnaise and chilli sauce .
