青豆饼 ~ Green Peas cookies







食谱取自 Kathrine Kwa
( 我做了少许更改 )

青豆饼

材料:
青豆粉 500g
普通面粉 500g(过筛)
糖粉 160g(过筛)
花生油 300340g

1粒蛋打散,抹皮用

 
做法:
1. 将所有材料放入盆中拌成团。

2. 将面团搓成小球(大约10. 排在烘盘,搽些蛋液在饼上。
 
                 




3. 将(2)放入预热烤箱,以170度烤15分钟。

小贴士
1.我做了食谱2倍的分量.

Green Peas cookies

Ingredients :
Green peas flour   500g
plain flour  500g ( sifted )
icing sugar 160g ( sifted )
peanut cooking oil  300 ~ 340g

1 beaten egg , for topping

Method :
1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until well-combined and form a dough .

2. Roll the dough into small balls ( 10g ) . Brush with beaten egg .

3. Bake in preheated oven at 170c for 15 minutes .
