虾酱骨 ~ Deep-fried Shrimp Paste Ribs





食谱取自 : 好好吃!大排档菜

虾酱骨

材料 :
600g 排骨 ( 斩块 )
3 炸油

腌料 :
1大匙 虾酱
1 南乳
½大匙
½
1大匙 面粉
1大匙 粟粉

做法 :
1. 排骨加入腌料拌匀,腌3小时或隔夜。

2. 烧热油,放入排骨炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分,趁热享用。

Deep-fried Shrimp Paste Ribs

Ingredients :
600g spare ribs ( cut into pieces )
3 cups oil for deep-frying

Marinade :
1tbsp shrimp paste
1 cube fermented red bean curd
½ tbsp sugar
½ egg
1tbsp plain flour
1tbsp corn flour

Method :
1. Combine spare ribs with marinade and marinate for 3 hours or overnight .

2. Heat up oil for deep-frying , deep-fry spare ribs until golden brown . Dish and drain . Serve .
