五香卤肉焖伊面 ~ Braised Yee Mee with Five Spice Pork Belly

五香卤肉焖伊面

材料:
1大匙油
1小匙蒜茸
2个伊面,浸软
300g 卤花肉
300g 菜心 / 小白菜

 
调味料:
200ml
卤肉汁 200ml

 
做法

1.烧热油,爆香蒜茸。

2.加入伊面,卤花肉,卤汁和水焖煮15 ~ 20分钟。

3.最后加入菜心炒匀,即可上碟享用。

Braised Yee Mee with Five Spice Pork Belly

Ingredients :
1tbsp oil
1tsp chopped garlic
2 pieces yee mee , soaked
300g five spice braised pork belly
300g choy sum

Seasoning :
200ml water
200ml spiced gravy

 
Method :

1. Heat up oil and sauté chopped garlic until aromatic .

2. Add in yee mee , braised five spice pork belly , spiced gravy and simmer for 15 ~ 20 minutes.

3. Lastly add in choy sum and stir-fry until well mixed . Dish up and serve .
