食谱取自 : 名食谱,第79期
薰衣草冷冻优格
材料:
鲜奶 100ml
薰衣草干 2大匙
蛋黄 2个
细砂糖 40g
鱼胶粉 2小匙
鲜奶油(打起) 100g
乳酸 100g
做法 :
1.准备几个喜爱的模型,备用。
2.将鲜奶煮热,加入薰衣草,浸泡至入味。过沥。
3.将过沥后的鲜奶,蛋黄和鱼胶粉隔着沸水搅煮至浓稠。离火。
4.待冷却,拌入鲜奶油和乳酸,搅拌均匀。倒入模型里,存入冰箱冷冻。
5.取出,即可享用。

Ingredients :
100g fresh milk2tbsp dried lavender
2 egg yolks
40g caster sugar
2tsp gelatine powder
100g fresh cream ( whipped )
100g yogurt
Method :
1. Prepare some desired
moulds .
2. Boil the milk and
add in lavender , soak until the flavor has been diffused . Through sieve .
3. Bring fresh milk ,
egg yolks and gelatin powder to double boil over simmering water until thickens
. Remove .
4. When cool slightly ,
stir in whipped cream and yogurt , mix well . Spoon into moulds and leave to
frozen until set .
5. Remove and serve .
