腐乳炒腩肉 ~ Stir-fried Pork Belly with Fermented Bean Curd

腐乳炒腩肉

材料 A :
400g花腩 ( 切片)
1汤匙 蒜茸
5条 辣椒干( 去籽, 切丝 )
30g 腐乳  ( 捣烂 )

材料 B :
1汤匙 糖
200ml 清水

腌料 :
1茶匙 生抽
1茶匙 玉米粉
1汤匙 清水
1茶匙 麻油
1茶匙 糖

做法 :
1.将花腩和腌料拌匀,腌30分钟。以热油炸2分钟,取出沥干。

2.锅中烧热2汤匙油,爆香蒜茸,辣椒干和腐乳。加入炸好的花腩和材料B,以小火焖至汁收干即可。

Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients A :
400g pork belly ( sliced )
1tbsp chopped garlic
5 dried chillies ( seeded and shredded )
30g fermented bean curd ( mashed )

Ingredients B :
1tbsp sugar
200ml water

Marinade :
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp corn flour
1tbsp water
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp sugar


Method :
1. Combine pork belly with marinade ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes . Deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes . Remove and drain well .

2. Heat up 2tbsp of oil and sauté chopped garlic , dried chillies and fermented bean curd till fragrant . Add in fried pork belly and ingredients B , and simmer over low heat till the gravy is fully absorbed  .
