Pork Belly with Fermented Bean Curd
Ingredients A :

1tbsp chopped garlic
5 dried chillies (
seeded and shredded )
30g fermented bean curd
( mashed )

1. Combine pork belly
with marinade ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes . Deep fry in hot oil for
2 minutes . Remove and drain well .
2. Heat up 2tbsp of oil and sauté chopped garlic , dried chillies and fermented bean curd till fragrant . Add in fried pork belly and ingredients B , and simmer over low heat till the gravy is fully absorbed .
