麻婆豆腐 ~ Mapo Tofu

麻婆豆腐

材料:
1 汤匙
1 汤匙 蒜茸
1 汤匙 姜茸
200g 猪肉碎
1 豆腐 切成半寸厚
青葱粒适量

 
酱汁
3 汤匙 豆瓣酱
3 汤匙 绍兴酒
1 汤匙蚝油
1/2 汤匙 生抽
1 茶匙 麻油
1 茶匙 玉米粉
1/4杯水

做法
1 烧热油,爆香蒜茸和姜茸。

2.加入肉碎,炒至均匀和熟。然后加入酱汁。

3.加入豆腐炒匀。

4.最后洒上青葱即可。

Mapo Tofu

Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
200g ground pork meat (or any other meat/veggies of your choice)
1 package silken tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 green onions, sliced thin

 
Sauce  :
3 tbsp doubanjiang (use Doubanjiang with chili if you like it spicy)
3 tbsp ShaoXing wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup water

 
Method :
1. In a large skillet heat oil on medium high and cook garlic and ginger until fragrant.

2. Add the meat and break it up with a wooden spoon. When the meat is cooked, add the sauce mixture.

3. Stir to combine, then add the tofu. Cook until the tofu is heated through. Try not to mash up the tofu too much.

4. Stir in the green onions just before taking it off the heat.
