~ 贵妃鲍片 / sliced abalone ~
今天是年初八了,也是福建人拜天公的日子。
哈哈。。拜拜后又有的吃啦!材料:
贵妃鲍片 1包 (贵妃鲍片里面的水倒入碗中待用)
西兰花 1粒
鱼鳔 1碗
香菇 6粒 ( 用清水泡软 )
红萝卜 1条
蒜茸 1小匙
半大匙粟粉+1大匙水(勾芡 )
调味料:
蚝油1汤匙
生抽1汤匙
绍兴酒 1汤匙
做法:
1.西兰花放入锅内煮3分钟捞出滴干水份,铺在盘边。红萝卜切花/切片。
2.少许油爆香蒜茸,倒入红萝卜,鱼鳔,香菇和贵妃鲍片。翻炒后加适量的水和调味料。以小火焖煮15 ~ 20分钟,然后放入适量的太白粉水勾芡后,倒入盘中。
3.锅洗干净,倒入贵妃鲍片水,煮至滚后再勾芡。淋在菜上面就可享用了。
Braised mushromm with fish maw and sliced
abalone
Ingredients :
sliced abalone 1pkt ( the water of abalone pour into a bowl and set aside )
1 broccoli
fish maw 1cup
Chinese dried mushroom 6 ( soaked until soft )
1 carrot
chopped garlic 1tsp
corn flour 1/2tbsp + 1tbsp water ( cornstarch water for thickening )
Seasoning :
oyster sauce 1tbsp
soy sauce 1tbsp
Shaoxing wine 1tbsp
Method :
1. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes . Drain and set aside .
2. Heat pan with some cooking oil , sauté chopped
garlic . Add in carrot , fish maw , mushroom and sliced abalone . Stir –fry until
fragrant , add in water and seasoning . Braised
at low heat about 15 ~ 20minutes .Then add in cornstarch water and transfer it
to a plate .
3. In another
pan , add in sliced abalone water . Cook until boil and add in cornstarch water
. Drizzle over the cooked vege .
