坦都里烤鸡 ~ Grilled Tandoori Chicken

坦都里烤鸡
我做了少许更改 )

材料
鸡全腿  4
酸柑 4
香蕉叶  2大片

 
腌料:
优格 1
辣椒粉 2大汤匙
黄姜粉 1大汤匙
姜汁 2汤匙
蒜头汁 2汤匙
3 大汤
小茴香粉 1茶匙
红色素少许
 1/2汤匙


做法
1.鸡腿洗净,用刀切数刀。将腌料全部混合均匀,涂抹鸡肉,腌至3小时以上(我腌隔夜)。
                              
 
 
2.在烘盘铺上蕉叶,把腌好的鸡腿排在蕉叶上,以200度烤至表面微焦。

3.反过另一面继续烤约15分钟,取出挤上酸柑汁薄荷酸辣酱即可。

 

薄荷酸辣酱

材料:
薄荷叶 120g
原味优格  125ml
青辣椒 3 ~ 5 我没放
青柠檬汁 3汤匙
1茶匙
1茶匙


做法
1.全部材料放入搅拌机里打烂,即可。

Grilled Tandoori Chicken
( with minor adjustment )

 
Ingredients :
4pcs chicken whole legs
4 limes
2pcs banana leaves

 
Marinade :
1 cup yogurt
2tbsp chilli powder
1tbsp turmeric powder
2tbsp ginger juice
2tbsp garlic juice
3tbsp sugar
1tsp cumin
some red colouring
1/2tbsp salt

 
Method :
1. Wash chicken whole leg and cut a few lines on the flesh . Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for at least 3 hours .( i marinate it overnight ).

2. Line banana leave on baking tray , place marinated chicken whole leg on top of banana leaves , grill in pre-heated oven at 200c until broen and then turn over to grill for another 15 minutes .

3. Remove meat from oven and serve with lime juice or mint chutney .

 

Mint Chutney

Ingredients :
mint leave 120g
yogurt 125ml
3 ~ 5 green chillis  ( I omit it
lime juice 3tbsp
salt 1tsp
sugar 1tsp

 
Method :

1. In a food processor, blend together all ingredients . Serve with tandoori chicken .
