香辣Tempeh 片 ~ Spicy Tempeh Chips








一道蛮好吃的料理。
酸酸,甜甜,辣辣配饭一流哦!

食谱取自 indochine kitchen

香辣Tempeh

材料:
tempeh  250g  (切薄片)
食油  1
  5g (切薄片)
红辣椒  5 (切薄片)
酸柑汁  2汤匙
  2汤匙

 
做法
1. 锅里烧热油,将tempeh炸至金黄色,盛起,沥除油份. ( 1 )

2. 锅里留下2汤匙油,加入姜片爆香。( 2 )

3. 然后加入红辣椒,酸柑汁和糖 煮至糖溶和起泡末。( 3 )

4. 加入炸过的tempeh 片拌炒均匀即可盛起。

Spicy Tempeh Chips

Ingredients:
250g tempeh (Indonesian soybean cake), sliced thinly
1 cup cooking oil
5g ginger, sliced thinly
5 red chilies, sliced diagonally
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sugar

 
Method :

1. Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry tempeh slices till dry and crunchy, about 8 to 10 minutes . ( Picture 1 )

2. Remove some of the oil and leave only two tablespoons of oil in the wok, add ginger and stir-fry till fragrant . ( Picture 2 )

3. Add chilies, lime juice and sugar. Cook till the sugar melted and becomes bubbly over high heat.  ( Picture 3 )

4. Toss in tempeh chips and cook for a couple of minutes till chips covered with caramelized sugar . Remove from heat and serve with rice
