香酥酸甜肉条 ~ Sweet & Sour Crispy Pork Strips

香酥酸甜肉条

材料:
500g 肉眼 (切粗条)
适量粟粉
2杯炸油

腌料:
1大匙 生抽
1小匙 辣椒粉
1 蛋白

调味料:
4大匙 番茄酱
1大匙
1大匙 生抽
3大匙 水
2棵青葱 切粒)

做法
1.肉条加入腌料拌匀,腌30分钟。

2.烧热油锅,肉条沾上粟粉放入炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。

3.留油1大匙,放入调味料煮滚,加入炸脆肉条和青葱炒匀,即可。

Sweet & Sour Crispy Pork Strips

Ingredients :
500g pork chops ( cut into thick strips )
some cornstarch
2 cups oil for deep-frying

Marinade :
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp chilli powder
1 egg white

Seasoning :
4tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp light soy sauce
3tbsp water
2 stalks spring onion ( diced )

 
Method :
1.  Combine pork strips with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes .

2.  Heat up oil for deep-frying , deep-fry marinated pork until golden brown . Dish and drain .

3. Leave 1tbsp oil in wok , add in seasoning and bring to boil . Add in fried pork strips , spring onion and stir-fry until well mixed . Dish up and serve .
