雪梨瘦肉汤
材料 :
1个( 450g )雪梨300g 瘦肉 ( 切块 )
20g 麦冬
20g 洋参须
3公升 水
调味料:
1小匙 盐
做法 :
1.雪梨削皮和去籽,切块,浸泡盐水中,备用。
2.准备汤锅,放入雪梨,瘦肉,麦冬和洋参须。
3.注入清水,大火煮沸后,改用中火,盖上,煮1小时,加入调味料拌匀,即可。

Pear with Lean Pork Soup
Ingredients :
1 no ( 450g ) snow pear300g lean pork ( cut in pieces )
20g “ Mak Dong “
20g American ginseng root
3 litres water
Seasoning :
1tsp salt
Method
:
1.
Peel snow pear , cored and cut into
pieces . Soak in salted water , set aside .
2.
In a pot , add pear , lean pork , “ Mak Dong “ and ginseng root .
3.
Add water , bring to boil over high heat . Once boiled , reduce to medium heat
, cover with lid . Let it cook for 1 hour , season with salt . Serve hot .
