Mango Lassi






又是芒果季节咯。。不甘落后的我买了3kg 超甜的芒果。
送了2粒给同事,4粒切了给宝贝吃。其余的就用来做料理了。。哈哈

Mango Lassi

材料:
2 熟芒果
2 ~ 3 汤匙 蜂蜜
1/2 鲜奶
1 优格

 
做法
1.芒果去皮 ,切小块 将全部材料放入搅拌机里打至幼滑

2.放入冰箱冷藏片刻即可享用。

 

Hurray , it's mango season again . I bought 3kg of super sweet mangoes last week and it just cost RM 10 / 3kg . I gave 2 to my colleague and  4 for my kids ( they love it very much ! ) and the rest of course for my mango dishes .

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
2 ~ 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt

 
Method:
1. Peel the mango skin, discard seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients in an electronic mixer or blender and blend well.

2. Keep refrigerated before consuming .
