材料:
2粒 熟芒果
2 ~ 3 汤匙 蜂蜜
1/2 杯 鲜奶
1杯 优格
1.芒果去皮 ,切小块 。 将全部材料放入搅拌机里打至幼滑 。
2.放入冰箱冷藏片刻即可享用。

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
2 ~ 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
1. Peel the mango skin, discard seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Combine all the ingredients in an electronic mixer or blender and blend well.
2. Keep refrigerated
before consuming .
