材料:
鸡胸肉 2块
沙拉酱 10大匙 ( 3大匙芥末酱加3大匙蛋黄酱搅拌均匀 )
墨西歌玉米圆饼 6 片
生菜叶 6片
青瓜,番茄适量 ( 切片)
香烤培根片 6片
辣椒粉 1小匙 ( 我没放 )
捣碎的百里香 1/2小匙 ( 我用罐状的mixed herbs )
迷迭香 1/2小匙
盐,胡椒粉,橄榄油适量
1. 将腌鸡肉酱汁材料混和均匀,涂抹在鸡肉上,腌制10分钟以上,使之入味。( 我腌隔夜)。
2. 在热锅里放入橄榄油后,以大火煎鸡肉至正反面略焦黄,用锡箔纸包好盖上盖子。以文火慢慢煎熟,直到鸡肉内部也熟透为至。( 我用烤箱烤至熟 , 190度30分钟)
3. 将鸡肉撕开,拌入5大匙沙拉酱。
4. 在玉米饼上铺上生菜叶,青瓜,番茄,鸡肉,香烤培根片后,淋上沙拉酱,卷起成甜筒状即可。

)Tortilla Chicken Wrap
Ingredients :
2 pieces chicken breast
salad sauce 10tbsp ( 3tbsp mustard sauce + 3tbsp mayonnaise mix well )
6 pieces tortilla wraps
6 lettuce/salad leaves
some cucumber & tomato ( sliced )
6 grilled bacon slices
Marinade :
paprika powder 1tsp ( I omit it )
thyme 1/2tsp ( mashed ) ( I used mixed herbs in bottle )
rosemary 1/2tsp ( mashed )
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1. Marinate chicken breast with marinade ingredients at least 10minutes . ( I marinate it overnight )
2. Heat frying pan with
some olive oil , fry chicken breast until cooked . ( I baked it at 190c for 30
minutes )
3. Tear chicken meat
into strips , mix with 5 tbsp salad sauce .
4. Place lettuce/salad
leaves on the center of the tortilla, follow with sliced cucumber , tomato ,chicken
meat , grilled bacon slices and lastly top with some salad sauce onto the wrap.
Fold in both of the corner of wrap, then roll up the wrap . Serve .
