香醇甜肉丸
材料A :
400g 肉碎
1大匙 红萝卜碎
1棵 青葱 ( 切粒)
1大匙 粟粉
1/2小匙 盐
1小匙 麻油
少许胡椒粉
材料B :
2大匙 油
1大匙 姜碎
1小匙 蒜茸
汁料(拌匀 ):
5大匙 甜黑醋
1大匙 糖
1大匙 生抽
1小匙粟粉
做法 :
1.材料A放入大碗中,充分拌匀至起胶,然后做成肉丸。
2.肉丸放入热油中炸至金黄熟透,捞起沥干油分。
3.烧热油,爆香姜碎和蒜茸,加入汁料煮滚至浓稠,然后放入肉丸炒匀,即可上碟享用。

Sweet
& Sour Meatballs
Ingredients A :
400g minced meat
1tbsp chopped carrot
1 stalk spring onion (
diced )
1tbsp cornstarch
1/2tsp salt
1tsp sesame oil
dash of pepper
Ingredients B :
2tbsp oil
1tbsp chopped ginger
1tsp chopped garlic
Sauce (mixed ) :
5tbsp sweetened dark
vinegar
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp cornstarch
Method :
1. In a mixing bowl ,
combine all ingredients A and stir until very sticky . Form into meatballs .
2. Deep-fry meatballs
in hot oil till golden brown . Dish and drain .
3. Heat up oil , sauté chopped
ginger and garlic until aromatic . Add in the sauce and bring to boil till
thick . Add in fried meatballs and stir-fry until well mixed . Dish up and
serve .
