菠萝甜酸豆腐
材料:
2块 四方白豆腐 (切块 )
150g 菠萝 (切块 )
青/红甜椒适量 ( 切滚刀 )
1条 红辣椒 (( 切滚刀 )
半粒 洋葱 ( 切块 )
白豆腐沾炸粉 :
30g 粘米粉
调味料:
5汤匙 番茄酱
1/2茶匙 糖
1茶匙 生抽
1茶匙 米酒
白醋适量
水适量
做法 :
1. 豆腐切成块状后沾入粘米粉。热油锅将豆腐炸至金黄色。取出,沥干油份。
2. 锅里烧热食油炒香洋葱后,将其余材料和所有调味料一同倒入转大火速拌炒。
3. 最后将炸豆腐倒入拌均匀至沾满酱汁即可。

& Sour Pineapple Beancurd
Ingredients :
2pcs square white
beancurd ( cut into squares )
150g pineapples ( cut
into pieces )
green / red capsicum (
cut into pieces )
1/2 onion ( cut into pieces )
For coating :
30g rice flour
Seasoning :
5tbsp tomato sauce
1/2tsp sugar
1tsp light soy sauce
1tsp rice wine
vinegar
water
Method :
1. Cut beancurd into
squares , coat with rice flour . Heat up oil , deep fry beancurd till golden
brown , dish up and drain well .
2. Heat oil in wok ,
fry onion till fragrant , add in other ingredients and seasoning , stir fry at
high heat .
3. Add in beancurd ,
stir well until beancurd is fully coated with sauce .
