香葱炒腩片 ~ Stir-fried Pork belly Slices with Spring Onion




食谱取自 : 名食谱 @ 54

香葱炒腩片
材料 A :
150g 五花腩 ( 切片 )
1 青葱 ( 切段 )
50g 洋葱 ( 切角 )
2 蒜瓣 ( 切片 )
4大匙 清水

材料 B :
1小匙 豆鼓
1 蒜瓣

调味料 :
½大匙 海鲜酱

做法 :
1. 把材料B剁碎,放置备用。

2. 烧热2大匙油,炒香材料B和海鲜酱,加入腩片,洋葱和蒜片炒香浓。

3. 注入清水,以大火快速同炒均匀,即可上碟.

Stir-fried Pork belly Slices with Spring Onion

Ingredients A  :
150g pork belly ( sliced )
1 stalk spring onion ( sectioned )
50g big onion ( wedged )
2 garlic cloves  ( sliced )
4tbsp water

Ingredients B :
1tsp fermented salted black beans
1 garlic clove ( sliced )

Seasoning  :
½tbsp seafood sauce / “ Hoi Sin “ sauce

Method :
1. Finely chop the ingredients B , set aside .

2. Heat up 2tbsp oil , saute chopped ingredients B and seafood sauce . Add pork belly slices , big onions and garlic . Stir-fry briskly until aromatic .

3. Add in water , keep stirring at high heat until well combined . Dish up and serve hot  .
