自制全蛋面 ~ Homemade Egg Noodle

 
 
 


很赞的面条。
粉团加了少许的高筋面粉,面条真的很有嚼劲哦!

 
食谱取自 轩宏妈厨房日记

自制全蛋面

材料:
300g 中筋面粉
50g 高筋面粉
4 全蛋

 
做法
1.把粉类过筛,加入鸡蛋,揉成均匀的面团。

2.用湿布盖着,休面30分钟(我的休面3 ~ 4小时)
 
3.割一小块面团,放入杆面机杆成面条。即可。

Homemade Egg Noodle

Ingredients :
300g all purpose flour
50g high protein flour
4 whole eggs

 
Method :
1. Sift flour, add in eggs and roll together to make a dough .

2. Use a wet cloths cover the dough for 30 minutes ( Mine was 3 ~ 4 hours ) .

3. Cut out one small piece of dough and put into the noodle maker.
