南瓜豆腐炒虾米 ~ Pumpkin Tofu and Dried Shrimp

南瓜豆腐炒虾米
 
材料:
300g 南瓜 (削皮,切块)
2块豆腐
40g 虾米
1小匙 蒜茸
350ml 清水


调味料:
1大匙 蚝油
1大匙 酱油
1小匙

 
做法
1.豆腐切方块,放入热油,大火炸香至金黄色。捞起,沥干油份。

2.锅里烧热2大匙食油,爆香虾米,加入南瓜和调味料,大火快速翻炒片刻。

3.加入清水煮沸,盖上。改用慢火焖煮15分钟,加入豆腐拌炒均匀,焖煮2分钟,即可上桌。

Pumpkin Tofu and Dried Shrimp

Ingredients :
300g pumpkin ( peeled and cut into pieces )
2 beancurd / tofu
40g dried shrimps
1 tsp chopped garlic
350ml water

Seasoning :
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

 
Method  :
1.  Cut beancurd into square pieces , deep-fry in the hot oil over high heat until golden in colour . Dish out and drain .

2. Heat up 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok to sauté dried shrimps , then add in pumpkin and seasoning . Stir-fry over high heat until well combined .

3. Add water and bring to boil . Cover the lid , allow to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, then stir in beancurd , simmer for 2 minutes . Serve hot .
