柠可乐鸡翅
材料 :
12只 鸡翅膀( 在内侧划一刀 )
1罐 可乐汽水
1粒 柠檬 ( 洗净,切片)
2粒 蒜头( 去皮,拍扁 )
20g 姜 ( 去皮,切片)
调味料:
5g 冰糖2汤匙 生抽
1汤匙 老抽 / 黑酱油
做法 :
1. 把鸡翅膀放入滚水烫大约2分钟后取出沥干水份。
2. 用中高火烧热锅,加入少许的油后将鸡翅膀煎至两面呈金黄色。
3. 另外把姜,蒜,柠檬,可乐,生抽和老抽加入一起煮滚后转中小火微滚30分钟。
4. 最后加入冰糖煮至酱汁浓稠。
5. 把沾满酱汁的鸡翅膀装上盘即可。

Ginger Lemon Cola Chicken Wings
Ingredients :
12 pieces chicken wings1 tin cola soft drink
1 lemon ( cut into slices )
2 cloves garlic ( peel and smash )
20g ginger ( peel and cut into slices )
Seasoning
:
5g rock sugar2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
Method :
1. Blanch chicken wings in boiling water for 2
minutes , drain .
2. Heat wok with medium heat with some oil ,
sear chicken wings until both side turn brown .
3. In another sauce pot , boil ginger , garlic
and lemon with coke , soy sauce and dark soy sauce and then simmer in medium
low heat for about 30 minutes .
4. Add in rock sugar and continue to cook until
gravy thickens .
5. Toss in chicken wings and coat them evenly
with gravy , dish out and serve .
