酸柑冰棒 ~ Key Lime Pie Popsicles

酸柑冰棒

材料:
3/4  酸柑汁 
2 茶匙  酸柑皮屑 
1罐 炼乳
1/2 动物性鲜奶油
1/2  鲜奶
一小撮盐
3 消化饼碎

 
做法
1.全部材料( 除了消化饼碎)搅拌均匀。倒入冰淇淋摸具,冷冻5小时或隔夜。
               


2. 从冰箱取出冰棒,底部稍微沖一下冷水即可取出。

Key Lime Pie Popsicles

Ingredients :
3/4 cup fresh lime juice  
2 tsp lime zest
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
3 cups coarsely crushed graham crackers

 
Method :
1. Add juice, condensed milk, heavy cream , milk , salt and lime zest , whisk together until thoroughly combined. Pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze for about 5 hours / overnight or until completely frozen.

2. To serve : Dip in water for 10 seconds to unmould each popsicle and press each side into crushed cookie crumbs, coating completely.
