糖砂五花肉 ~ Simmered Sweet Pork

糖砂五花肉

材料:
500g 五花肉 ( 切小块 )
3大匙  蔗糖
2大匙  甜黑酱油 我用ABC 黑酱油)
3 蒜瓣 切片)
3 红葱头( 切片)
250ml  清水

 
做法
1.锅里烧热3大匙油,加入蒜片和红葱头片,小火炒香浓。加入五花肉,改用中火拌炒至猪肉熟透。 1

2.注入清水,甜黑酱油和蔗糖,小火焖10分钟至收汁。熄火,即可上桌。 2

Simmered Sweet Pork

Ingredients :
500g pork belly with skin ( cut into small pieces )
3 tbsp cane sugar
2 tbsp kicap manis ( I used ABC brand )
3 garlic cloves ( sliced )
3 red shallots ( sliced )
250ml water

 
Method :

1. Heat 3tbsp cooking oil in a pre-heated wok to sauté sliced garlic and shallots over low heat till fragrant . Add the pork belly , stir-fry briskly over medium heat until the pork is cooked through . ( Picture 1 )

2. Add in water and kicap manis , and cook it over low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce is thick . Remove from heat , serve hot . ( Picture 2 )
